SUMMERLYN ELLIS, FNP

Summerlyn Ellis is a dedicated, board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). Previous to working at Advanced Pain Solutions, she specialized in surgical medicine and chronic disease management.

Summerlyn’s experiences as an FNP have ignited her passion to delve deeper than symptom management and treat the underlying causes of disease and chronic pain in order to promote long term health. Establishing lasting relationships with patients that support their goals and optimize their quality of life is the foundation of Sumerlyn’s practice as an FNP.

Years of working in the hospital setting and witnessing how many patients felt unheard or misunderstood has helped Summerlyn to truly listen and empower every patient she cares for to be involved in their own treatment plan.

Summerlyn began her career in the Cleveland Clinic where she started to explore functional medicine, nutrition, and incorporating holistic healthcare practices. She is excited to be a part of the Advanced Pain Solutions team and provide healthcare where every decision is guided by the standard to serve the highest quality of life for each patient, without the detrimental effects of opioids or surgical treatments.

Beyond her professional dedication, Summerlyn enjoys surfing, spending time outdoors, cooking for others, and cherishing moments with her family and friends. She’s also excitedly looking forward to welcoming a furry friend into her life soon.
